VFD is fully enclosed with Protection level of IP65, is Suitable for workshop Conditions
Most VFD’s offered in the market are rated IP20 which require additional protection specially against metallic dust.
 
Frequency controller is wired to Motor and Machine is ready for immediate use.  
 
Important: Machine is suitable for the European Electric system. It works on a 230 volts, 50 hertz systems only

This listing Includes:
 
– 1.4 K-watt Motor (2 Horse Power). Motor is 3 Phase connected to a 3 x 230 volt VFD with a single phase plug- Motor is Made in Poland
– Steel Chassis complete with arm rest
 
– High quality VFD – Sanyu – SX1000- IP65 
 
– 2 x 51 mm Idler wheel, 1 x 102 mm Tracking wheel, and 129 mm (5,1″) Drive wheel. All wheels are CNC machined
 
– Tracking Wheel is attached to an arm that can be continuously regulated (Please see Red Handle)
 
– Tooling Arm is 1.5″ x 1.5″ (38 mm x 38 mm) cross section and is  16″ long (400 mm long)
 
– Arm Rest is included and measures 100 x 400 mm – The surface of the arm rest is surface grinded absolutely flat
 
– The structure is extremely solid
 
– The machines allows for the use of a belts up to 2000 mm in length (86 inch)
 
– The Red grinding belt that you see in the photos is 72″ (1830 mm) long (So you have an idea of machine size)
– Machine weight is about 40kg and will be shipped in 2 boxes
